What do ya'll think? Any suggestions on the skills? It's been a while haha.

should be 210 str 37 int. Don't take TaN on barbs.

What do ya'll think? Any suggestions on the skills? It's been a while haha.
Skills look fine but have you included points for rage, shout, or the Blood horn powers? Also parry is the worst PD so I never take it up very high I know other people like it though. Shout is a somewhat controversial stun I like it but I have heard good arguments not to take it.

TaN is not needed on a nonregen barb. You will get as many HP from 10 con. Also I always max minos int but I don't like any builds to be lower than 80 so minos always seem dumb to me :)

This is kinda an old SB build but it will still do what it was built to do hit stuff with and axe and take a beating while doing so

Do I need 60 Int on a Mino Barb? Or can I survive on 40 Int?

Your skills will gold out very low at 40 int. I am not even sure they could get to one hundred. I believe 53int is needed to get to 115% in a skill that is not otherwise buffed with a race, class or rune, bonus. However that is very old info and I don't know if it holds true. Way back in the day there was arguments regarding minimal int builds and I never could see the point to it. This build should have enough points to get your skills spiked high so if you imagine the difference between golding your skills out around 130 or around 100 (if 40 even makes it to 100) that's 30 more percent in toughness athletics axe, axe mastery even parry if you chose to. That will add up to more damage more attack rating, higher health and stam or more likely chance to parry. Where as 20 more con or str will add up to either more damage/small attack rating bump or more hp.

I may have to test in the calculator, but I think 40 int is enough to hit 100 in any unboosted skill. My true question is, I go for 60 int and gold skills at 130 or close with 80+ trains and what's left for powers? 200 or so points, maybe even less? Between rage(s), stun imun and root breaker(s), what's left for offensive powers like stuns?

Did the math for the skills. At 40 Int, I gold at 75 trains and I can hit 100 on skills with at most 74 trains, worst being parry skills, others at most 72 trains or 70. I 100% Toughness, Athletics, Axe, Great Axe Mastery, Parry and Medium Armor and I am left with exact 160 points for skill. At 60 Int I can hit 100% with 2 less trains for each, saving some more for skills, but it is still very few points...

Like I said further up I prefer higher int for solo toons if this is a G vs G build you should first off build it however your spec calls for. Secondly you absolutely can get by with low int knowing that the called target is going to have half a dozen minos swinging at it, a couple will get lucky, and you should have a debuffer there anyway.

Minos base int is already so low either way.

40ish is a sweet spot for me. You will have lower atr but more DMG and hps from investing in con.
