This morning (9/22/2018) a minor patch went onto Production to remove some server-side logging we ran to track bane metrics. No changes to the in-game experience, we are just shifting toward a less data intensive framework for logging.

Every other day it seems like. Its very inconsistent though so I'm not sure if it is just related to my VPN/different offices.

I would remove everything else in the file too. I connect from work from time to time and its about a ~50% success rate (IDK Why they play with ports so much).
