Recall, i think i trained Sorcery that high before i got a Traveler. good point, that would free up 20~ trains i find stun super necessary and i can't play a Mage without it. the ATR isn't great and only reaches about 1300-1400~ in Precise, with just enough ATR to keep myself stunned in O-stance, bu...

i think that's an issue with the Wiki. Rangers can take Master of Great Axes, so i'm assuming they don't receive the skill by default

i tested this skill on my huntress. it did not change way of the gana at all. it does, but the client doesn't recognize it ./printstats showed my bow ATR going from 1111 to 955 and ./debug spells showed my nuke ATR going from 1108 to 737 so it's working right now, but i think it's safe to say that ...

sounds right to me. Rage and Wings of the Seraphim should be able to heal through Shadow Mantle. the initial ticks of HoTs used to go through as well until Patch 24.3

Stand still, and alternate between using your bleed and sword dot weapon power. When they poison you, your dot goes off on them. The only issue can be the that the sword dot has an atr check. Thid basically says the only issue. It doesnt say that it ever actually was an issue becuase the damn thing...
