Bug Summary: When you have an unidentified magical item and you check it's mouse-over value and then sell price on a vendor, it's typically the same low price of the generic item as if it weren't actually magical. Then when you use an ID scroll on the item and mouse over it, it now shows it's magical value, which is typically much higher. But when you check it's sell price again on the vendor, the sell price is still the same low price it showed before you ID'd it. And when you actually sell it, you get the low price for it.
On live, when you ID'd an item and THEN sold it, you got the magical value price for selling it, not it's lower pre-ID'd value.

Yes. For my testing, I got a Tri-Sword from a mob with a price of 7588. After identifying, the price was 12688, but the vendor gave the same low price, showing the correct Pre & Suf. However, when I sold it, I god 7623. Now the vendor's price became 7623, and I was able to buy it back in that price. The mouse-over price was still 12688.
