So what's the purpose of this build? Who are you trying to kill/counter? And if you're going so high into int why not just make him a NightStalker?

I'd imagine you're going for procs but this build would rely solely on proccing, isn't that a little too risky? And how will you deal with fliers? Just sit there until they run out of stamina/patience?

Maybe I'm overlooking something but I don't see how this build can achieve anything.

My nightstalker is built pretty much the same way except, It is human and uses graces. I could try this build as a NS.

High con with high int and resist gear is a good combo. But like you said, flyers will win every time. As a scout, you can pick your fights.

to my knowledge precision only works for bows making it pointless to train on a sundancer.

also, you cant use ua mastery powers with SD and vice versa I believe. commit to one or the other

Oh yes, good catch. I spaced precision and I had completely forgot about only being able to use or the other. >__>
