Drannok Damage chant can't be trained.

The Drannok trainer has it listed as zero cost, but it can't be trained past 1 train 11% damage.

I believe that is WAD.
I also believe it now stacks (with anything?)

That's intentional. And yes it stacks with everything now.

Intentional that it is only an 11% damage buff? That seems kind of lame.

They made it an 11% buff but it'll now stack with absolutely everything.
