What are you hitting for? What kind of toon are you on? What is your int(isn't proc dmg based on int)? I've had my obl prov for over 800 is that not normal?

Personally, I think the Proc Damage is too high from the testing I've done

I've been testing and logging procs extensively during my time in CB. I tested Oblivion already here's my stats for it:

Dual Dagger scout - no Pwr Dmg buffs - target w/ 0 resists.
STR: 90
Dex: 120
Con: 275
Int: 175
SPI: 75

# of hits = 944
# procs = 50
HIgh = 730
Low= 177
% = .0529

I didn't find it out of line compared to anecdotal / tested evidence of the other procs. It just has a larger Dmg spread than others like poison and thus can reach higher top end (and lower end) numbers is all. I don't think it's broken. The absolute highest i got with 175 functioning INT was 730.

Damage is in range i think... INT is a factor here...

I think I just got unlucky 6 times in a row or something. I was on a mage bard in O-stance with 120 int and hitting between 230-680. I retested and hit anywhere between 200-1300.

On 0 resist targets? 1300 is significantly too much, even with the power damage from o-stance.

its not too much... the same numbers I had many times on templar with 50 % power dmg buf on live... Oblivion proc dmg is correct (even thou I usually get those lower numbers like 230 etc.)

Your O stance on that mage bard adds +34% pwr dmg alone. which means if you hit 1300 proc dmg the actual damage was only 858 pre O stance. You also didn't cite what you were targeting; many races ( players or mobs) have racial weakness' or resists to different types of dmg and should definitely be removed from the testing. i prefer to use human toons which are completely neutral as targets.
