Stat Points Missing after using Refiner

Hi!

Wanted to Refine some Int and Add STR to test something, now It doesn't give me the option to refine STR back, as if I never put points on it. So I can't refine back my STR to add INT back. Only options to refine I have are DEX, CON and INT, can't refund the STR points I put.

Any clues? Help?

If you took -5 from all stats at creation, once you add those 5 points back into the stat, they cannot be refined.
